What’s included in our social media management

Six parts, planned together, so the posts, the creators and the ads tell the same story to the same buyers.

  • Strategy and content plan. Which platforms, which formats and how often, set from your margins and your buyers, with a monthly calendar built around launches, holidays and offers.
  • Content. Reels and TikToks, creator-style ads, carousels for menus and price lists, and Stories that link straight to WhatsApp, with hooks written in the language your buyers actually use.
  • Community management. Comments and DMs answered with the dollar price, delivery areas and payment options in the first reply, and every conversation logged as sold, delivered or lost. We set up your WhatsApp Business catalog and greeting and away messages too.
  • Influencer campaigns. Creators chosen on where their audience lives and what their comments say, not follower count. One brief, coordinated posting dates, a code or link per creator, and usage rights agreed up front.
  • Paid social. Meta and TikTok campaigns, including ads that click to WhatsApp, retargeting of people who watched or messaged, and the best creator posts run as partnership ads from the creator’s own handle.
  • Reporting. A weekly read of cost per conversation and cost per delivered order against your breakeven, plus which posts and creators actually sold.

What works on social media in Lebanon

The platforms are global; the buying habits are local. These four facts change how we run a Lebanese account. The longer version, with formats and DM scripts, is in our guide to social media in Lebanon.

Meta for reach, TikTok with a pinch of salt

Facebook reaches 3.45 million people in Lebanon and leans male (56.5% of its adult ad audience). Instagram reaches 2.95 million, splits evenly between women and men, and grew 13.5% in a year. TikTok’s ad tools report 4.58 million adult users, which is 113.4% of Lebanon’s adults, so we plan TikTok marketing in Lebanon on test results, not on its reach estimate.

The DM is the checkout

In Pew’s Lebanon survey, 84% of adults and 98% of 18- to 29-year-olds used WhatsApp. So we send ads straight into a chat, and run click-to-WhatsApp ads for at least seven days, as WhatsApp itself recommends. We count the orders that close in the chat, so each campaign is judged on who buys, not just who messages.

The dollar price goes on the post

In March 2023 Lebanon’s Ministry of Economy allowed shops and supermarkets to price goods in US dollars. We put the dollar price and delivery areas on the creative or in the first line of the caption, because “DM for price” adds a step, and every extra step loses buyers.

Four languages in one feed

Arabic is the official language, Article 11 of the Constitution leaves a place for French, and many Lebanese type Arabic in Latin letters, known as Arabizi. We treat language as a test: the same video with an Arabic and an English hook, judged on cost per conversation, with comments answered in Arabic or English.

How we work

  1. Free social media audit. We review your profiles, your recent posts and ads, and how your DMs handle a buyer’s first question.
  2. Numbers first. We work out the most you can pay for a delivered order with our free Target CPA Calculator, so the budget comes from your margins.
  3. A plan you approve. Content calendar, ad and language tests, and a creator shortlist, agreed with you before anything goes live.
  4. Launch and test. Organic posts show which ideas people watch and send; the winners get ad budget, and the best creator posts become partnership ads.
  5. Weekly review. Cost per delivered order against breakeven, budget moved to what sells, and next month’s content built from what won.

FAQ

How much does a social media agency in Lebanon cost?

It depends on scope: how many platforms, how much video, whether the agency handles DMs and creators, and your ad budget, which is always a separate bill. Social media companies in Lebanon usually charge a monthly retainer, a share of ad spend, a performance fee or a mix; our guide to agency pricing models compares them. The free audit is the quickest way to get a number for your business.

Do you run influencer campaigns in Lebanon?

Yes: our coordinated influencer campaign for Dipndip increased its sales by 330%. We give each creator a code or link so we can compare them on sales, and every post is disclosed. TikTok requires its commercial content disclosure setting on paid posts and may remove posts without it, Meta labels branded content as a paid partnership, and Lebanon’s Consumer Protection Law (No. 659 of 2005) has a chapter on misleading advertising.

Will you answer our comments and DMs?

Yes, community management is part of the service. We agree reply hours and a price-and-delivery script with you, answer comments and DMs on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and log each conversation to a sale or a no, so you can see which ads and posts produce buyers.

How are you different from other social media companies in Lebanon?

We are a performance agency first, so we judge social media on delivered orders and cost per sale, not followers or reach. Across 160+ clients we have managed $9M+ in ad spend, and we bring the same quick testing to content and creators that we use in paid campaigns.

Do you work with brands outside Lebanon?

Yes. We run social and paid campaigns for brands in Lebanon and the GCC, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. See our social media page for Dubai brands.
