Performance marketing in Lebanon comes down to one number: what it costs you to win a customer, and whether that cost holds as you spend more. This page is how Small Patterns, a performance-driven agency in Beirut, works toward that number: Meta, Google and TikTok ads, the funnels and websites behind them, and reporting in leads, sales and return on ad spend. For the short version of what we offer as a digital marketing agency in Lebanon, see our Lebanon page. Below: the process, what each service is for, the results behind it, and who we are (and are not) a good fit for.

Key takeaways

  • We are a Beirut-based performance agency running paid social and paid search for brands in Lebanon and the GCC, with e-commerce growth, funnels and A/B testing at the core.
  • Every service maps to a business number: cost per lead, cost per purchase, ROAS or revenue.
  • The process has three steps: in-depth analysis, fast A/B testing across the whole funnel, then scaling what wins.
  • Track record: 160+ clients, $9M+ spent on ads, $30M+ in revenue generated for clients and 1B+ ad impressions.
  • Every engagement starts with a free audit, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.

What performance marketing in Lebanon has to solve

Lebanon is a small market with a very online audience. DataReportal counts 5.38 million internet users (91.8% of the population) and 4.58 million social media user identities going into 2026. The U.S. Commerce Department’s 2026 country guide adds that Lebanese companies increasingly sell through websites and Instagram, while cash on delivery remains common because of consumer preferences and trust issues.

That mix defines the job: turn attention on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google into orders that still hold up when payment happens at the door or in a WhatsApp chat. In practice, our work comes down to five habits:

  • Agree on the target before spending: a cost per lead or cost per purchase your margins can afford.
  • Fix tracking first, so the ad platforms learn from real leads and sales instead of clicks.
  • Test every week: creative, audiences and offers, with losers switched off quickly.
  • Connect ads to where you actually sell: your site, WhatsApp, DMs or a sales team.
  • Report in money: spend, revenue and cost per result, not reach and likes.

Why we are called Small Patterns

The name comes from what we spend most of the day doing: deciphering even the tiniest patterns in the data. Every recommendation we make comes with the numbers behind it. “I think” and “I feel” do not count as arguments in our account reviews.

Small patterns are usually where the money hides. A creative with a great click-through rate that never produces a purchase. One placement quietly eating a large share of the budget. Leads that answer the phone on weekdays and go cold on weekends. None of these show up in a monthly reach report; all of them show up when someone reads the account line by line.

Our tagline says it more briefly: a creative powerhouse agency with an analytical mind. The creative work gets people to stop scrolling. The analysis decides what gets more budget.

Our services and the outcome each one is for

We offer six services, but they are not a menu of separate products. Each one exists to move a number, and they work best in combination.

ServiceWhat it is forThe number we watch
E-commerceGrowing sales and conversion rate for online storesRevenue, conversion rate, cost per purchase

How each Small Patterns service connects to a business outcome.

Paid social and paid search are our core. They are where testing pays off fastest, because a change in creative or audience shows up in cost per result within days, not quarters.

The other services exist to make those ads work harder. A faster landing page lowers cost per purchase. An email flow turns a one-time buyer into a repeat one. A consistent social presence gives someone who just saw your ad a reason to believe it.

How we work: analysis, testing, scaling

  1. In-depth analysis. We start with research and data: your margins, your past campaigns, your competitors’ ads and your customer journey. The output is a target cost per result and a short list of angles worth testing. Our breakeven CPA and ROAS guide shows the math we use to set that target.
  2. Quick, aggressive A/B testing. We test across the whole funnel, not just the ad: hooks, formats, audiences, offers, landing pages, checkout steps and follow-up messages. Each test is set up to produce a clear winner, and losers are switched off fast.
  3. Scaling. Budget moves to what wins, in steps, while we watch whether cost per result holds. This is the growth-hacking part: finding the channels, offers and audiences that let a winning test grow without breaking your unit economics.

The order matters. Scaling before testing is how most ad budgets get burned: you end up spending more on an ad nobody has proven.

Know your number before you talk to any agency. Our free Target CPA Calculator takes your average order value, cost of goods and shipping, and returns your breakeven CPA, breakeven ROAS and a 6-month profit projection, for e-commerce or lead generation. Bring the result to every agency call, including ours.

Case studies: what we did and what changed

Six projects, six different problems. The results below are the ones published on our homepage.

ClientWhat we didResult
Peugeot KSA (Saudi Arabia)Customer personas, customer and lead journeys, and messaging and email funnels built around car reviews, brochures and payment facilitationCost per lead from $44 to $1.60; performance 12.5x their acquisition benchmark
City MarketAwareness campaigns and a new home-delivery service on Facebook and WhatsAppOver $3K in daily sales within the first day
The DermolabAn SEO-optimized blog with product details and affiliate links instead of a full e-commerce store, plus a strict content strategy112K+ views at $0.20 per view from ads; organic social traffic from 0 to 10,500 monthly users in 6 months
Better Life MarketA rebuilt strategy based on SMART goalsFrom $10K to $100K in sales a month in 6 months; orders from 1,000 to 7,500+
Zahera (photo books)Business validation on a modest budgetFrom 2 to 20 photo books a day in one month
DipndipA coordinated influencer campaign+330% sales increase

What links them is that the fix was rarely just “more ads”. Peugeot’s drop in cost per lead came with new personas, journeys and funnels. The Dermolab did not need a store at all. City Market’s delivery service launched where its customers already were: Facebook and WhatsApp.

The headline numbers

  • 160+ clients
  • $9M+ spent on ads
  • $30M+ in revenue generated for clients
  • 1B+ ad impressions

We have worked with brands like Peugeot, Pierre Fabre, dipndip, Bokitta, Better Life Market, SaneBox, Fitness Zone and Barista, and we run campaigns for brands in Lebanon and the GCC, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

One honest caveat about big totals: they describe the agency, not your account. What matters to you is the cost per result we can reach on your product, which is why we start with an audit instead of a pitch deck.

Who we are a good fit for, and who we are not

A good fit

  • E-commerce brands whose product already sells and who want to grow it profitably on Meta, Google or TikTok.
  • Lead-generation businesses that need cheaper, better-qualified leads and have a sales team ready to call them back quickly.
  • Founders who want to see the numbers and will act on them: change an offer, fix a page, retire a favorite ad.
  • Brands in Lebanon and the GCC that can commit a steady ad budget for long enough to test properly.

Not a fit (yet)

  • Businesses without product-market fit. Ads amplify what already works; they rarely fix a product people do not want. If you are still validating, a small structured test can answer the question (Zahera is an example), but we will not pour budget into scaling an unproven product.
  • Anyone unwilling to test. If every ad needs committee approval and nothing can be switched off, results will be slow and expensive.
  • Products whose margins cannot carry paid acquisition. If your breakeven CPA is below what the market charges for a customer, the fix is pricing, bundles or average order value, not a new agency.
  • Brands that measure success only in followers and likes. Those numbers can grow, but they are not what we report as results.

How an engagement starts

Every engagement starts with a free marketing audit. We look at your ad accounts, your tracking, your creative and the path from ad to sale, and we compare your current cost per result with what your margins allow.

You get a short list of what to fix first and what we would test. If the audit shows the problem is not marketing (pricing, product or operations), we will say so. If it looks like a fit, we agree on targets, budget and reporting before any campaign goes live.

To request one, use the audit button at the end of this page or message us on WhatsApp at +961 3 222 729.

FAQ

Do you only work with businesses in Lebanon?

No. We are based in Beirut and run campaigns for brands in Lebanon and the GCC, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our page for Dubai and UAE brands covers how that works from Beirut.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. Which one comes first depends on whether your buyers are scrolling or searching when they need what you sell.

How quickly will we see results?

Tracking fixes and obvious waste can pay off in the first weeks. Reliable test results take as long as it takes to collect enough conversions, which depends on your budget and price point. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a number in week one.

Do you also build websites?

Yes. Web design and development is one of our six services, and we build with paid traffic in mind: fast mobile pages, clear offers and tracking that feeds the ad platforms from day one.
