Content Creation and Video Production in Lebanon
Small Patterns is a content creation agency in Lebanon that brands use when content has to sell. We plan and produce static and video ads, UGC-style video, VSLs, Reels and TikToks, influencer campaigns and articles for Google, then judge each piece on sales rather than views. For Dipndip, a coordinated influencer campaign in Lebanon drove a 330% increase in sales.

At a glance
- Content made to sell: every ad, video and article is briefed against a cost per sale and tested before it gets budget.
- Formats: static ads, UGC-style video, VSLs, Reels and TikToks, influencer posts and search articles.
- Language is a test variable: we produce Arabic and English in-house and let results pick the winner.
- Proof in Lebanon: Dipndip’s influencer campaign lifted sales 330%; Better Life Market went from $10K to $100K in sales a month in 6 months.
- Budgets, targets and results in US dollars.
What’s included
We make the content your ads and channels run on, planned backwards from what you can afford to pay for a sale.
- Creative strategy and testing. Angles and hooks drawn from your margins, reviews and competitors’ ads, and a test plan in which each round answers one question: hook, format, offer or language.
- Static ads. Product, offer, comparison and testimonial ads for feed, Stories and Reels: often the cheapest way to find an angle that sells.
- UGC-style video and VSLs. Creator-led videos that look filmed on a phone, and longer video sales letters for products that need explaining. VSL and static creative is the work behind Igniton’s result below.
- Short-form video for Reels and TikTok. Vertical 9:16, sound on, the hook and the product in the opening seconds, and captions for people watching on mute.
- Influencer content. Creator shortlists, briefs, disclosure and usage rights, so the best posts can also run as ads.
- Content marketing. Articles that answer the questions your buyers type into Google, which handles 95.7% of searches in Lebanon, written from real product knowledge so your ads have something useful to link to.
What works for content in Lebanon

Lebanon is a small, mobile and multilingual market. These four details shape what we make here.
Test the language instead of assuming it
Arabic is the official language under Article 11 of the constitution, which also leaves room for French, and the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie estimates that 38% of Lebanese speak French (2022). Many people also write Arabic in Latin letters online (Arabizi), a habit researchers have studied among Lebanese youth. So we treat language as a test: the same video with Arabic or English voiceover or captions, and cost per sale picks the winner.
Make it worth sending
In Pew’s Lebanon survey, 84% of adults used WhatsApp, and 98% of those aged 18 to 29. Instagram’s head said in January 2025 that watch time, likes and sends are its top three ranking signals, with sends counting more for reaching people who don’t follow you. Content that gets forwarded to a friend travels further, so our briefs ask for a reason to send it: a price, a comparison, a line your buyer would repeat.
Short-form is where reach is growing
Instagram’s ad reach in Lebanon grew 13.5% in a year to 2.95 million people. TikTok’s ad tools report 4.58 million adult users, up 13.8%, which is more people than Lebanon has adults, so read it as an upper bound. In Meta’s own split tests on Reels, 9:16 video with sound and the key message inside the safe zone cost 34.5% less per result than image ads. We plan vertical first and adapt for feed afterwards.
Label influencer posts
TikTok requires creators to switch on its commercial content disclosure setting when they promote a brand, and may remove or restrict posts that don’t. Lebanon’s consumer protection law (No. 659 of 2005) also has a chapter on misleading advertising. We write disclosure and usage rights into every creator brief, which protects the brand and lets the best posts run as ads.

How we work
- Free audit. We look at the ads and posts you already run, what each one cost and which ones sold, and tell you what to make next.
- Angles and briefs. From your margins, reviews and competitors’ ads we write the angles, the hooks and a brief for each piece, including its language and the kind of creator.
- Produce in rounds. A round is a few genuinely different concepts, not ten recuts of the same video, plus static versions of the strongest ideas.
- Test and read. Each piece gets enough budget to be judged on cost per sale, and we report what won and why.
- Scale and refresh. Winners get variations and more budget, new rounds start before results fade, and proven angles become articles and landing pages.
FAQ
How much does content creation cost in Lebanon?
It depends on volume and format: a round of static ads costs far less than a creator campaign or a VSL, and the ad spend to test them is a separate bill. We quote in US dollars after the free audit. To set a budget, start with the most you can pay per sale; our free Target CPA Calculator works it out from your order value and costs.
Should our ads be in Arabic, English or French?
Test it rather than guess. Arabic is the official language, about 38% of Lebanese speak French by the OIF’s estimate, and many people write Arabizi online, so the right choice depends on your product and buyer. Running the same ad in two or three languages is one of the cheapest tests there is.
Do influencer posts in Lebanon have to be labeled as ads?
On TikTok, yes: creators must turn on the commercial content disclosure setting when they promote a brand, or the post may be removed or restricted. Lebanon’s consumer protection law also has a chapter on misleading advertising. We put disclosure into the brief, so a post you paid for doesn’t get pulled.
What is UGC-style video, and does it beat a polished shoot?
UGC-style video looks like a customer filmed it: a real person, on a phone, talking to camera about one problem the product solves. TikTok’s own guidance recommends featuring creators, employees or customers in a style that isn’t overly polished. Whether it beats a polished shoot for your brand is a test result, so we test both.
How many new creatives do we need each month?
Enough to keep a test running. TikTok suggests 3 to 5 different creatives per ad group, and adding new ones when results keep declining. The right number depends on your budget, because more spend wears out an ad faster.
